Four people stand together on a football field, smiling. One, Brian Flaten, is in a red Saint John’s football uniform (#29), while the others wear casual clothes with St. John’s logos. Spectators and a scoreboard fill the background.

Brian Flaten

Brian grew up on a farm north of Morris and graduated from Morris Area High in 1998. Brian then attended St. Cloud Technical College and graduated with a degree in Carpentry Construction.  After Graduation, Brian started his carpentry construction career building apartment buildings, townhomes, residential homes, and custom homes. He eventually obtained his real estate license which he has kept active for the last 13yrs. He lives in the Alexandria area with his wife, Brenda and their 2 boys.

At CCS, Brian handles the company’s day-to-day construction sales—including roofing, siding, additions, remodels or new construction—and even grabs the toolbelt when needed.  In his spare time he enjoys watching high school and college football, dirt track racing with his boys, farming, bowling or really any activity that involves his family.
